1997 - 2009:

UNIÓN FENOSA
Management team of Union Fenosa (currently integrated within Naturgy), which was one of the largest utility companies at the time with +9 million power and gas clients and 12GW of power assets.

2009 - 2014:

FCC
Management team of the renewable energy division of FCC. Milestones: +€1bn investment (greenfield and brownfield) in assets totaling c.600MW installed capacity.

Independent Investment Management

2014

Ithaka is established as an independent investment management firm, financially backed by its founders.

2015 - 2023

Partnership & management services agreement entered into between Ithaka and affiliates of Sixth Street, worked collaboratively with Sixth Street to source, analyze, underwrite, and structure the acquisition and, where and when appropriate, the disposition of assets.

2024 - onwards

Ithaka becomes fully independent investment firm
