Prior to Ithaka, Pablo was an associate in the Madrid office of Latham & Watkins, advising domestic and international clients, including private equity funds and public and private companies, on cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as on restructurings and special situations. He is a Spanish qualified lawyer. He holds a Dual Degree in Law and Business Administration with Business Analytics (E-3 Analytics) from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Spain).
